Times, Technology, Terror, Tears and Truth - Thanks, Praise, and Prayer
Thursday, 15 May 2008
By David Jordan

One of the things we all have in common is that sometime in our lives we all experience times, technology, terror, tears and truth. We experience what the times do to us - times of exultant joy, times of deep grief, times of unbelievable passion, times of unbearable loss, times of quiet calm, times of heartrending sadness, times of undying love and times no one can comprehend.

Technology has become pervasive in our lives. The need of technology to send an email to a friend, technology to answer a call waiting from an important client, technology to print a picture of a loved one, technology to climb the last mile on the treadmill hill, technology to play that special song on our IPod, technology to cook dinner in our microwave.

We face terror on international and in some cases personal levels. Terror that 9/11 may happen again , terror that a loved one will be called to military duty, terror that cancer may take a friend, terror that my child be lost, terror that my business fails.

Quick Guide to Casting Spells - A General Set of Steps to Follow
Thursday, 15 May 2008
By Rose Ariadne

Spells are amazing ways to take back our power, one which had been taken away for centuries by organized religions and the people who presume that they personally know the Creator and are the only ones who are capable of communing with HER or HIM. Spells allow us to use the tremendous energy that each of us have for creating magick in our lives.

However, there are some simple rules that people need to remember when working spells. First and foremost; remember the Wiccan Rede; "An it harm none, do what you will." This means that all of us have the power to do anything, unless it harms someone directly or indirectly. If we hurt someone, then the three-fold law will be set in motion and we will be the recipient of three times the hurt that we inflicted on someone else. That's a good thing to remember, right?

It is not easy to think of all the people that our actions affect, directly or indirectly. For example, if we love someone and work a spell to increase their love for us, maybe that indirectly affects the time and energy they have
